Service Agreement

Please fill out the following form.

Multi-line address

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide routine pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing services in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Terms and Conditions

2.1 Heavily Wooded Backyards

  • For properties with heavily wooded backyards, additional time and fees  may be required to clear debris and maintain access for service.

  • The Customer acknowledges that such additional service time will incur extra charges of $190 per hour (pro-rated), which will be communicated prior to the service.

2.2 Pool Chemistry and Weather Impacts

  • Regular service visits do not guarantee perfect pool chemistry as heavy rain or environmental factors may contaminate water shortly after service.

  • The Customer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining pool chemistry between visits, particularly following inclement weather conditions.

2.3 Pool Repairs and Water Loss

  • Customers unwilling to make recommended repairs to their pool, including issues causing water loss, may incur additional chemical costs due to dilution from leaks.

  • The Service Provider will notify the Customer of repair needs, but continued service without repairs will result in higher chemical costs, reflected in the charge after service.

2.4 Equipment Maintenance

  • The Customer agrees to routinely check and maintain skimmer baskets and pump baskets to ensure proper water flow. Failure to do so may result in reduced pool performance and increased service time and/or imperfect water conditions.

  • The Customer should have basic knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance. The Service Provider can offer guidance or resources upon request.

2.5 Protocol for Contaminants/Fouling/Defecation.

  • If the pool is fouled by fecal matter, vomit, dead animals, or other contaminants:

    1. The Customer is responsible for promptly removing the physical matter using a net.

    2. The customer must super-chlorinate to sanitize the water.

    3. The pool may be unusable until chlorine levels return to safe ranges, as determined by testing. Additional fees may apply for emergency services related to fouling.

2.6 Automatic  Pool Cover Maintenance

  • Customers with an automatic  pool cover must ensure that it is cleared of standing water, debris, or other obstructions prior to the scheduled service visit.

  • The Service Provider will not be responsible for removing water from the auto cover to access the pool.

  • Failure to clear the auto cover may result in the inability to complete the scheduled service, and the visit may be rescheduled or subject to a cancellation fee of $57 per visit.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers enrolled in ongoing service plans may cancel up to two (2) scheduled service visits per season without penalty.

  • Cancellations beyond this limit or less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of $57 per visit.

4. Liability Limitations

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for water quality issues arising from weather, failure to perform necessary repairs, or lack of routine equipment maintenance by the Customer.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if access is obstructed or conditions are unsafe.
